Behaviour in the Workplace – Introduction to DISC

February 24 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

In this session Paul will introduce you to DISC Theory, a simple model that will hopefully help you answer these types of questions:

Do you ever ask yourself why some people take ten minutes to answer a question that should only take two?

Do you ever think you’re the only one making any sense in a meeting?

Does a colleague’s abrasive manner get your back up?

Why when you meet someone for the first time, why does it feel as if you have known them for years?

As with most things, you need to understand yourself before you can understand others. Your preferred style, your motivators, and your fears.

By understanding yourself better, you will be able with practice, to hone communication and social skills, handle conflict with confidence, improve dynamics with your boss and team, and get the best out of the people you deal with and manage.

Paul will also provide you with some useful hints and tips on how to manage yourself and others.

Delegates often have those lightbulb moments when they say – now I get it!

Come and join Paul, learn about yourself and have some fun at the same time and receive a complimentary InterDISC assessment and report.
