Can I use InterACT-Global's assessments for pre-employment screening?
Yes, pre-employment screening is one of the most common ways employers use our assessments. Many of our tests, including personality, cognitive ability, reasoning, and skills assessments, are specifically designed to help you screen candidates objectively before you make a hiring decision.
Using assessments alongside interviews and reference checks gives you a fuller picture of each candidate, not just how they present on the day, but how they’re likely to actually think, behave and perform in the role. This helps reduce hiring risk, minimise bias, and improve the quality and consistency of your hiring decisions.
What do InterACT-Global's assessments cost?

If you’re interested in running a workshop for your team, get in touch and we can talk through the right fit for you.
How should I prepare or practice for a psychometric test?
You don’t need to study or memorise content, but how you set yourself up does matter.
To get the most accurate result:
Complete the assessment in one sitting
Choose a quiet place with minimal interruptions
Use a reliable internet connection
Avoid multitasking or rushing between tasks
Make sure you’re reasonably rested and focused
How long do tests take to complete?
Most psychometric assessments take between 10–45 minutes, depending on the role and the type of assessment. You’ll be told upfront how long to expect so you can plan your time comfortably.
Are psychometric tests timed?
Some sections may be timed, particularly reasoning tasks, but timing is used to understand how you approach problems — not just how fast you work. You’re encouraged to work steadily rather than rush.
Can I fail a test?
Psychometric assessments aren’t about pass or fail. They’re used to understand how your natural strengths, thinking style, and approach to work align with the role. Your results are considered alongside your experience, interview, and other information — not in isolation.
Are there right or wrong responses?
Reasoning and cognitive questions do have right and wrong answers. These sections assess how you analyse information, recognise patterns, and solve problems.
Personality and behavioural questions do not have right or wrong answers. They’re designed to understand preferences and tendencies, not judge or score you as “good” or “bad”.
