What is the Personal Values Profile?

The Personal Values or Motivators Assessment identifies a person’s core personal values or drivers in the workplace. It explains why people do things. The test measures 21 values across 7 different clusters to identify their major and minor motivators, and potential demotivators.

The 7 values clusters measured:

  • Entrepreneurial
  • Business Ethics
  • Physical Health
  • Lifestyle Stability
  • Autonomy
  • Need for Growth
  • Interaction

Motivate Each Person the Right Way

Personal values are people’s core drivers or motivators in the workplace. When you identify and understand them, you’ll build tailored strategies to engage every individual.

Improve Organisational and Team Culture

Aggregated results help you to identify the collective values that drive the group, and understand the culture and climate of the organisation as a whole.

Reduce High Staff Turnover and Improve Productivity

When people are placed in a role, team or work environment that aligns closely with their most important values, they are more likely to be engaged, productive, and stay with the company.

Manage and motivate your people without the uncertainty

The Motivators Assessment reveals insights you usually learn only after months of working together. It answers questions like:

Are we recognising and rewarding what matters most to each individual?

Why is someone disengaged, even if they seem capable?

Is this person’s role aligned with what they care about most?

What values could cause friction or alignment within a team?

Who’s likely to thrive or struggle in our company culture?

How do I adjust my leadership for each person?

Compare results against your team or organisation’s values

Create a values profile for your organisation, a specific role or a team, and use it as a benchmark alongside individual profiles. This allows you to see where people’s personal motivators align with the environment, role or team.

  • Organisation: Identify key motivators that define your workplace.
  • Role: Establish the values and motivators that are most important for someone to succeed in a particular position.
  • Team: Identify the shared values and motivators within a team, as well as differences between team members.
