Help your teams communicate clearly and work towards common goals with less conflict

Frequent interpersonal issues and poor communication hold your team back from reaching their potential, demotivate people, and place more pressure on managers and team leaders. Assessments give you a much deeper understanding of each individual, along with the core unaddressed reasons behind conflict, so you can take practical steps to help them understand each other and work as an effective team.

Measure the factors that shape how your teams work and perform.

Ability & aptitude

Measure reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking, to see how team members learn, handle complex information and make decisions, and where they may need support.

Personality & behaviour

Understand how each person prefers to work, communicate and handle pressure, so teams can adapt to each other and leaders know how to manage them.

Situational judgement

See how people are likely to respond to realistic workplace situations, from disagreements with colleagues to competing priorities, and where they may need guidance.

Skills

Test practical skills like Excel, typing and maths, so you know where team members need support and where training will make a difference.

Every team is different. Your assessments can be too.

Tailor assessments to the real demands of your teams and to what you want to achieve, so every result is directly relevant to the people and work involved.

  1. 1

Start with what you want to achieve

Tell us what you’re trying to solve, such as conflict, performance issues or remote working, and we’ll recommend the right approach.

  2. 2

Identify what matters for each team

Pinpoint and measure the critical factors for the roles and teams involved, so results reflect the real demands of the work.

  3. 3

See your team as a whole

Combine individual results to see your team’s shared strengths and blind spots, and where working styles are likely to complement each other or clash.

  4. 4

    Give leaders clear, practical reports

Easy-to-read reports with clear actions, so team leaders and managers can develop and support each person with confidence.

Lower turnover. Higher morale. Stronger performance.

“The amount of psychometric tests and how much it reveals on people is phenomenal. Blown away by the detail and what it has taught me about myself and my team. Highly recommend.”

Ask a question
Which assessments should we use for team development?

It depends on what you want to achieve. Most team programmes combine a few types: behaviour (such as DISC), emotional intelligence, personality, values and motivators, and adaptability and resilience. Skills and reasoning assessments can be added where relevant.

We'll recommend the right combination for your team, so people only complete what's relevant.

Who should take them: the whole team or just some people?

Teams get the most value when everyone completes the same assessments, so results can be compared and discussed together. You can also start with one team and expand from there.

How do assessments help my team communicate and work together?

They show how each person prefers to work and communicate, and where styles are likely to complement each other or clash. That gives the team a shared, neutral language for talking about differences, so conversations focus on how people work rather than who they are.

How are results shared with the team?

Each person receives their own report. Results work best when they are shared openly and voluntarily, often in a facilitated team session. We can advise on how to introduce the results so people feel comfortable and the focus stays on development.

Can you help us run team sessions?

Yes. Our team can provide feedback sessions on results, and we offer values-focused workshops to help team members understand each other. Reports are also written in plain English, so managers can use them straight away.

Can you tailor assessments to our teams and roles?

Yes. We can combine existing assessments, benchmark people against your own top performers, or develop a custom assessment around the demands of a specific role. Custom assessments are validated against real performance data, so you know they reflect what success looks like in your organisation.

Assessments suit teams at any level, from entry-level positions to senior executives.

How long do the assessments take?

Most take between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the assessments you choose. People complete them online from anywhere, with no preparation needed. Some sections, such as reasoning, are timed.

Can people pass or fail?

No. There's no pass or fail. Results show a person's strengths and development areas, and are best used alongside performance, experience and manager feedback.

What do the reports show?

Each person gets a clear report showing their strengths and development areas, what the results are likely to mean in day-to-day work, and practical strategies for working with and developing them.

Results can also be combined to show your team's shared strengths and where working styles differ.

Are the assessments valid and reliable?

Yes. They're built on established psychological theory and decades of research, developed by industrial psychologists through a rigorous process, and closely aligned with International Test Commission guidelines for fair and ethical use.

How much do they cost, and is there a subscription?

There's no subscription fee for the assessments or the platform. You pay only for the assessments you use, at some of the most cost-effective rates on the market, with discounts for bulk orders. Talk to us for a quote based on your teams and volumes.

Can we see a sample report first?

Yes. We're happy to share free sample reports and talk through the right assessments for your teams before you commit to anything.
