Give every employee a personalised development plan

Development works best when it’s built around the individual. Assessments reveal an employee’s strengths and the areas that need the most attention, so coaching and training start from evidence rather than assumption.

What you can do
  • Focus coaching on the areas that need development most
  • Start career conversations from objective strengths and gaps
  • Choose training that fits the individual, not the whole team

Measure the factors that shape performance, development and retention.

Ability & aptitude

Measure reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking, to see which employees learn quickly and handle complex information, and where they may need support.

Personality & behaviour

Understand how employees prefer to work, handle pressure and work with others, so managers know how to lead, develop and support each person.

Situational judgement

See how employees are likely to respond to realistic workplace situations, from competing deadlines to difficult conversations, and where they may need guidance to build their judgement.

Skills

Test practical skills like Excel, typing and maths, so you know where employees need support and where training will make a difference.

Every role is different. Your assessments can be too.

Ask a question
Which assessments should we use for talent management?

It depends on what you want to achieve. Most talent management programmes combine a few types: personality and behaviour (such as DISC), values and motivators, emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience, leadership, and cognitive ability and skills.

We’ll recommend the right combination for your goals and roles, so employees only complete what’s relevant.

Who should we assess, and when?

Wherever it will make the most difference. You might start with a team or role facing a specific challenge, such as high turnover or a skills gap, or assess people as they join or move into a new role. We can help you decide where to begin, and you can expand from there.

How do assessments help reduce turnover?

They reveal how each employee is likely to handle the demands of their role and where they may need support, so managers can act early. Some of our clients have also used tailored assessments in hiring to reduce turnover. See our customer stories.

Can you tailor assessments to our roles?

Yes. We can combine existing assessments, benchmark employees against your own top performers, or develop a custom assessment around the demands of a specific role. Custom assessments are validated against real performance data, so you know they reflect what success looks like in your organisation.

Assessments suit roles at any level, from entry-level positions to senior executives.

How quickly can we start?

Quickly. For a single person or a small group, we can usually get ready-made assessments set up straight away. For larger or ongoing programmes, we’ll work with you to understand your needs and put a plan in place.

How long do the assessments take?

Most take between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the assessments you choose. Employees complete them online from anywhere, with no preparation needed. Some sections, such as reasoning, are timed.

Can employees pass or fail?

No. There’s no pass or fail. Results show a person’s strengths and development areas, and are best used alongside performance, experience and manager feedback.

What do the reports show?

Each employee gets a clear report showing their strengths and development areas, what the results are likely to mean in day-to-day work, and practical strategies for developing or managing them. You can compare results against a benchmark for the role.

Some reports also include follow-up questions to guide coaching conversations.

Are the assessments valid and reliable?

Yes. They’re built on established psychological theory and decades of research, developed by industrial psychologists through a rigorous process, and closely aligned with International Test Commission guidelines for fair and ethical use.

How much do they cost, and is there a subscription?

There’s no subscription fee for the assessments or the platform. You pay only for the assessments you use, at some of the most cost-effective rates on the market, with discounts for bulk orders. Talk to us for a quote based on your roles and volumes.

Can we see a sample report first?

Yes. We’re happy to share free sample reports and talk through the right assessments for your people before you commit to anything.
