Integrated Matrix

The incremental value of combining data analytics is the new way of identifying talent for the future. The Integrated Matrix takes assessment results and combines them in a variety of ground-breaking permutations, which is expressed in an easily interpreted report for managers.

The Integrated Matrix

  • The integration of the assessments establishes whether a person will fit into a specific position or environment psychologically and indicates the ability to acquire the skills and responsibilities associated with the job’s key performance indicators. It also identifies talent for accelerated management development. In its simplest form, candidates are plotted on a 4-quadrant matrix: each of the four quadrants guide on how to manage, develop and retain talent allocated in that part of the matrix.

The Key Functions of an Integrated Matrix

Benchmarking behavioural fit vs. Values fit.

The Behavioural Job Profile provides the organisation with a job specific behavioural benchmark. In comparison with the candidate’s result, it highlights the person-to-position compatibility and assists in identifying development activities.

The Corporate Values Profile provides an indication of a job or organisation’s most and least important work values. In combination with the individual’s Personal Values Profiles, this information can then be used to motivate, direct and focus that individual’s efforts in the workplace.

The Result

The Matrix integrates the behavioural and values match scores and plots the individual in one of the four quadrants. Interpretation is provided to assist managing, developing and retaining the talent depending into which quadrant the individual falls. The Matrix can plot multiple candidates when compared against the same criteria.
