COMPLIANCE

I am not going to miss anything. No that is not quite true, I do miss the unpredictability and the not knowing what comes next. I know what I won’t miss – sitting in front of a computer all day!! I won’t miss home schooling!! I won’t miss my neighbour cutting his lawn in the middle of the day!!! And Another thing – I won’t miss having to turn my Camera on to prove I am still alive!!!!

It would not be fair to say I am missing anything per say. I can update all of my files and spreadsheets from home as easily as I can sat at my desk. I don’t miss the commute and the traffic jams! I don’t miss having to pay to park my car in the city centre every day. However, until we can: Stay inside, Save Lives, Protect our NHS.

PASSIVE BEHAVIOURS

STEADINESS

I miss all of my friends, I miss standing at the water cooler waiting to see who I can chat to next. I miss shaking-hands, giving people BIG hugs and telling them all about the new friends I have made on zoom. I miss “coffee cup chats” I miss going to the gym and after a 20 minute workout spending 30 minutes in the sauna, chatting. I really miss a working lunch at the Dog and Gun.

This is a really difficult question for me because I have got used to the new way of working. My day is planned, and I get more time to spend with my family. There are not as many interruptions from work colleagues and I have a routine that works for me. My biggest fear is going back into the office – that is really scary !!
