InterDISC Accreditation Course

Our DISC accreditation courses are presented by expert DISC practitioners, who have decades of experience using DISC assessments to help organisations develop and engage their people.

The interDISC accreditation course will introduce you to the DISC assessment—a psychometric test designed to help businesses better understand their people and their behaviour in the workplace. This helps businesses to ensure they recruit the right candidate based on the behavioural needs of the job.

  • Theoretical perspectives and principles on workplace behaviour
  • Marston’s DISC based theory
  • Translating theoretical principles into practice

  • The value of the different behavioural patterns to the organisation

Day 2

  • Interpretation of InterDISC exercises
  • In-depth analysis of preferred behavioural styles and behaviour changes/modifications
  • Principles and creation of the Job Profile
  • Basic combination of behaviour for the Job Profile
  • Feedback to a candidate
